At Omorfa Cosmetics, we want the purchasing process to be simple and transparent. This policy explains how purchases are made through our website and how customers can cancel an order.
1. Purchasing Products
Products available on the Omorfa Cosmetics website can be purchased through our online checkout.
Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the applicable:

2. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
If payment cannot be authorized or is declined, your order may not be accepted or may be cancelled.
We reserve the right to investigate or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive activity.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email where an email address has been provided.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. We may cancel an order in circumstances permitted by applicable law, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Cancelling an Order Before Fulfilment
If you want to cancel an order shortly after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Because orders may be sent to fulfilment shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after an order is placed will be successful.
If the order has not yet entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we will normally be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
5. Orders Already in Fulfilment or Dispatched
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it before delivery.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be able to exercise your applicable statutory cancellation rights after receiving the order.

6. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Customers in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where statutory distance-selling cancellation rights apply may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
For UK customers, the standard cancellation period for online goods generally runs for 14 days from the day after the customer receives the goods. Customers then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying the seller of cancellation.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, these rights are separate from any voluntary cancellation policy offered by Omorfa Cosmetics.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory consumer rights.
7. Cosmetics & Hygiene Products
Because Omorfa Cosmetics sells cosmetics and skincare products, certain products may be excluded from a change-of-mind cancellation right where applicable law permits this.
In particular, a sealed product may not be eligible for cancellation after its seal has been broken where the product is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer-protection law.

You do not need to provide a reason when exercising a statutory cancellation right where the law does not require one.
9. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, the refund will normally be made using the original payment method.
For eligible statutory cancellations, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including applicable rules concerning standard delivery charges and the timing of refunds.
Any refund may be subject to legally permitted deductions where applicable, including deductions relating to diminished value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
10. Incorrect or Fraudulent Orders
Omorfa Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel an order where permitted by law if:
